We recently had our AC unit replaced, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. From our very first interaction with the sales team through installation, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. John, Pablo, Phil, and Larry were absolutely amazing during the install. They were friendly, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy. They took the time to explain our new system thoroughly and made sure we felt confident and informed before they left. Outstanding service, great communication, and a team that truly cares about their work. We highly recommend them! Update..... Serviced the New Unit: 10/06 Again had a great experience with Jabin M (Service Tech) with Jacobs Heating & Air. He was polite, on time, knowledgeable, and Honest. I would highly recommend Jacobs. They are the best and have proven themselves through many years of service as having the best business practice and employees.

We decided to replace our 15 year old air conditioner and heating system before we were stuck with no a.c. during the summer. Jacob gave us several estimates based on features and efficiency, and let us choose what we wanted. Installation went smoothly, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Every person we came in contact with, from the estimator, to the office staff, to the installers, was pleasant, professional, and customer-service oriented. Five stars all around! Update on February 8, 2021 - just had our one-year maintenance, and as usual, service was top-notch! Areli, our tech, is the best! Another update: October 5, 2026 -- Areli from Jacob Air was out for our semi-annual maintenance and once again, we were impressed by his service and the service at Jacob Air. They're top-notch, and I highly recommend them!

You guys are the best. Thank you so much for getting someone over so quick. I was extremely impressed with your customer service.
