Excellent, qualified, courteous, professional... Jacob Heating and Air has been our go-to company for AC repair and maintenance in the DeLand area for more than a decade. Sunday afternoon (yesterday), with a "feels like" temp over 105 degrees, our AC stopped blowing cold air. We made an after-hours emergency call and Areli contacted us shortly. He was at our home within 90 minutes, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and a half-hour later our AC was blowing cold again. Long time customer of Jacob's heating and air. I just had a wonderful new system installed by two professionals, John and Bryan. My old system died and Jacob's did their best to keep it alive but it was 20+ years old and time for a new one. When it came time for the quote, the estimator was exactly on time. The quote was reasonable, all my questions were answered, some recommendations were made as well to help preserve the unit from the storms we get. I like that Jacob's is trying to save me problems down the road with some minimal costs now. My two installers were also on time, very professional and did an outstanding job inside and out. They definitely earned their pay and then some. Zero slacking, and didn't even take lunch until my new unit was cooling! Our family has used Jacob's 5 times in the past two weeks (5 house problems!) all related to aging systems and lighting / power surges. Each time we get taken care of the first time with no non sense. Definitely recommend them and will continue to use them. A+100%. I'd like to provide some constructive criticism but I really don't have anything.
