Areli is a lifesaver! We came home from vacation to find our A/C system down. Areli found the problem with the system, where others couldn’t. Areli and Jacob Heating and Air continue to be our first choice for all of our A/C needs.

This is my second time using Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning, and after this experience, they’ve definitely earned my trust. I originally called because my AC was leaking. Jabin came out first and did an incredibly thorough cleaning and inspection of the unit, inside and out. His customer service was amazing, and he took his time making sure everything was checked properly. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be more than just a cleaning. Areli came out next and determined that the problem was the coil pan. Because it was a significant repair, I wanted a second opinion and contacted American Heating. They agreed the coil pan was the issue but recommended replacing my entire unit because they apparently do not replace coil pans individually. At that point, I was honestly confused about which direction to go. I called Jacob back and spoke with an amazing woman in sales whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. She listened to my concerns and immediately connected me with Alex. Alex was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail, including how the warranty process works, and made it clear that Jacob isn’t in the business of replacing unnecessary parts or filing warranty claims for things that don’t actually need to be replaced. I really appreciated that honesty, especially as someone who knows absolutely nothing about HVAC systems. I still wanted one final set of eyes on everything before spending the money. My only less-than-positive interaction was with the service manager. I felt the conversation lacked some empathy and customer service when I was simply trying to feel confident about a costly repair. However, he did reassure me that Areli has 15+ years of experience and knows his stuff and he was absolutely right. I decided to move forward with replacing the coil pan, and I was actually relieved when Areli was the technician who came back to do the repair. He did an excellent job. He explained exactly what he was doing, showed me the damaged pan, and explained why it was causing the leak. He worked efficiently, professionally, and left me feeling completely confident that I had made the right decision. Between Jabin, Areli, and Alex, Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning has earned a repeat customer. What I appreciate most is that I have never felt like they were simply trying to upsell me or convince me to replace something unnecessarily. After having disappointing experiences with both Del-Air and now American Heating in Sanford, that means a lot. I would absolutely use Jacob again and would confidently recommend them, especially Jabin, Areli, and Alex. Thank you guys for taking care of us and, most importantly, earning my trust
