I'm giving Jacob a five-star rating because they deserve it. From fair pricing to a great staff on all levels, they came through quickly & professionally. I want to give a shout out to all the people who personally took care of installing my AC unit recently. Alex the salesman was my first contact, he is more of a helpful guide than some of those full of BS salesman who try to push you into something & charge you more than necessary. Debbie and Penny in the office took care of all the behind-the-scenes details with cool & calm every time. My ac & inside handler install was done in one day, & the crew were super polite and respectful and clean. The very polite head installer Paulo, lead his team of Sam & Jabin with friendliness & ease, instead of just being one of those guys who bosses other guys around rudely. They exemplify what true great customer service should be. I called them in the first place because they were an A+ better business bureau rated HVAC company who's been in business for over a hundred years. Now I see why! Keep up the great work Team Jacob, & thank you very much!

Pablo, Sam and Philip did the installation. On time, prepared, polite, respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Did a great job explaining the functions of the unit. Very happy with the price. Would use them again.

First, they schedule the appointments to our needs and then they call ahead to confirm that the date and time us still good for us. Our tech (Areli) is always on time, dressed professionally and very knowledgeable plus he arrives with a pleasant disposition. I have had occasion to call after hours and their behavior was still the same; polite knowledgeable and very helpful. it was a hot summer night when our AC decided to quit working naturally I panicked a little. They (Areli) resolved our problem and made us feel like they were there for us. I should also mentioned that the front desk has also been very helpful, respectful and cooperative.
