How can you tell how efficient your unit will be? It's easy, every heat pump system has an energy efficiency rating. The heating rating is the Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF). For cooling the rating is Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER). These are standard U.S. Government measurements of operating efficiency for a heat pump. Keep in mind that the efficiency rating is based on the total system. That is the indoor blower/coil and the outdoor unit combination. With ratings up to 18 SEER depending on indoor and outdoor unit matches.

Our Ten - Year Limited Warranty (Not available on all models) The most comforting part of your Trane heat pump may be made out of paper. It's our 10 - year limited warranty. This warranty covers the Trane exclusive Spine Fin&#trade; coil and Climatuff&#reg; compressor. That is twice as long as the warranties offered by many manufacturers today.
